The system will send you an email with each product detail - at the end of the description there will be blue text indicating the download. Click on the blue text and you will be taken to the download page that has an image of this product. To the lower left of the image will be the actual file name...click on that file name and the file will automatically be sent to the Downloads folder on your computer. From there we recommend opening the file and using your Save As feature to store the pattern somewhere permanent.
